Meet Some of Our Team:

Wendy Carr

Wendy has over 20 years experience in training, instructional design, program, employee and organizational development with companies ranging in size from 30 million to over 500 million of income generated. Fourteen years of her career were spent at General Electric. During that time she worked on a project to design and later manage a learning and development center for one of GE’s largest income generating companies. She has developed training curriculums and designed coursework for a number of learning delivery platforms that include: self-instructioned, instructor-led, video conference for single and multiple locations, web-based and online interactive. She is experienced in program design, implementation and maintenance diagramming for automated and non-automated development programs.

Originally from Richmond, Missouri, Wendy graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Business degree. After moving to Overland Park, Kansas, she earned a Master of Science in Management from Baker University. Wendy currently resides in Roeland Park, Kansas.

Mike Meek

Mike has been helping organizations improve corporate culture and set and accomplish strategic plans and goals for over two decades. Mike has worked with larger organizations, such as a $100 million dollar manufacturer where he helped develop the Leadership Team that drove the company to record profits and Government Officials responsible for $600 million dollar budgets. He has also worked with smaller companies in a variety of industries ranging from healthcare services to retail. He has personally worked with over 30,000 people throughout the years implementing his continuous improvement process.

Mike has been invited to speak at numerous meetings, conventions, seminars and workshops, including being the keynote speaker during the European Quality week for Northern Ireland, a delegate representative for Kansas to South Korea, and keynote speaker to the Northern Irish Parliament. Michael is noted as the Author of his five quality training programs; Quality Management Implementation, Quality Team Implementation, Leadership Through Supervision, Productive Work style and Quality Customer Service.

Mike earned his B.S. in Psychology and Administration from Pittsburgh State University and completed his Masters Degree in Management from Baker University. In addition, Michael is also a graduate of the Hogan Quality Institute where he studied the three Gurus of Quality, Deming, Juran and Crosby. Mike was selected four times as a collegiate All-American, distinguishing him in academics, track and football. He still holds several team records, and was inducted into the Pittsburgh State Hall of Fame in 2002.

Gene Stegeman

Gene has an extensive analytical background and truly understands the process flow from the first sale through manufacturing to accounting. Gene began his career at Ernst & Young, spent 10 years in various financial management positions at Hallmark Cards, Inc, and later became a CFO of a $40M business. Gene specializes in assessing the big picture and implementing the appropriate decisions to generate the greatest opportunity for revenue and/or profits.

Gene earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Pittsburgh State University and his M.B.A. in Management and Finance from Rockhurst University. Gene played quarterback at PSU, earning numerous Academic, All-Conference and All-American honors. He was inducted into the Pittsburgh State Hall of Fame in 1997 and voted on PSU’s top 100 football team in 2003.

Mary Vickrey

Mary Vickrey has substantial experience guiding organizations through improved performance analysis and implementation. She is an ex-military intelligence professional who has worked previously with Accenture and York International. Mary specializes in facilitating action teams that penetrate deep into an organization to improve performance. Mary has completed training programs in a variety of management theories and disciplines and has a decade of experience using the Theory of Constraints to improve business performance.

Mary is originally from Colby Kansas, and graduated from Purdue University with her Masters of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) in 1991.

John Rogler

Currently a Lt. Colonel is the U.S. Air Force Reserves, John Rogler is an A-10 pilot and Battle Staff Commander – 442 Fighter Wing at Whiteman AFB. He actively served in Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Desert Storm as a fighter pilot. He has extensive experience in the scheduling and deployment of $100 million of Air Force assets. In the private sector, he has 13 years of experience in sales and sales management in high technology capital equipment, software, and equipment handling products in the healthcare industry. John has a BS degree from Kansas State University and an MBA from Barry University.
